Helium balloons for people who do not want to carry a tank
Helium balloons are the part of a party most people try to do themselves, and the part that most often goes wrong: balloons that float for an hour, ribbons at the wrong length, a tank that runs out halfway through. Event Creation inflates, ties, ribbons and delivers helium balloons across Toronto and the GTA, and styles them in the room when you want a finished look.

We use latex, foil and bubble balloons, treated for longer float time where the event runs more than a few hours, and we tell you honestly how long each type will last in your room.

Helium balloon delivery across Toronto and the GTA
We deliver helium balloons to homes, condos, offices, restaurants and halls in Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Oakville. Bouquets travel inflated in our vehicles, so they arrive the way they left.
For condos, tell us the concierge or buzzer details and whether balloons can go up in the elevator. For offices, a reception contact and a delivery window keep surprises surprising.
Helium balloons do not go outdoors in wind or in rooms with ceiling fans running. For outdoor parties we build air-filled garlands and arches instead and tell you so up front.

Float times, delivery and what to order.
How long do helium balloons last?
Standard latex helium balloons float well for about 8 to 12 hours and often longer in a cool room; treated latex lasts several days; foil balloons float for days to weeks. Heat, sun and air conditioning shorten float time. We deliver as close to your start time as you want.
Where can I get helium balloons delivered in Toronto?

Can you deliver the same day?
Sometimes. It depends on the day’s schedule and your location. Call and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I need to return anything?
Helium balloons are yours. For venue installs with stands, weights or a floating ceiling, we collect the equipment at the agreed time.
Can you print a name or a message on a balloon?
Yes. A custom name or short message on a balloon is $35, and foil letters can spell longer phrases.
Do helium balloons work outdoors?
Not reliably. Wind and heat shorten float time and send balloons sideways. For outdoor events we build air-filled garlands and arches instead.
Are your balloons biodegradable?
Latex balloons are made from natural latex. We tie them to weights, never release them, and remove and dispose of them at takedown where that is part of the booking.
How many balloons do I need for a floating ceiling?
It depends on the room. As a rough guide, a condo party room needs several dozen, a hall needs a few hundred. Send the room size and we will quote a count.
