Event Creation is a Toronto event planning and decoration company. We design and install balloon décor, florals, backdrops and photo experiences, and we bring rentals and entertainment together so one team handles the look of your event from concept to creation.
How we work
From your idea to a finished room
Every event starts with the occasion and the people in it. We plan the décor around your venue, your colours and the moment guests will remember and photograph.

Consultation
You tell us the occasion, date, venue, guest count and the feel you want.

Concept
We suggest a colour palette and a hero moment, such as a balloon installation, floral wall or photo booth.

Design
We pick the backdrop, balloons, florals, signage and rentals that fit the space and your budget.

Delivery and setup
Our team brings everything to the venue and installs it before guests arrive.

Takedown
Where the package includes it, we come back to pack everything up after the event.

Where we work
Based in Toronto, setting up across the GTA
Our studio is at 126 Willowdale Ave in Toronto. We install at venues, homes and offices across the city and the GTA, including event decoration in Scarborough and event decoration in Oakville. We are available 7 days a week.
