    The brief

An appreciation event has to feel like effort, not like a memo

Employee appreciation days, client appreciation events and family days work when people can tell the company put thought into them: a styled space, something for the children, a photo to take home and a programme that respects their time.

Event Creation designs appreciation events at offices, venues, parks and company sites across Toronto and the GTA. A 12 ft balloon garland is listed on this website from $250, a balloon wall from $380, a classic photo booth from $410, face painting from $220, a balloon twister from $200 and a bounce house from $70; tents, tables and food stations are quoted with the design.

We coordinate with HR, facilities and your caterer, and we install and strike around the workday.

    Locations

Offices, venues, parks and company sites

Office events in downtown Toronto, North York and Mississauga use the largest room or the lobby, set up before the day or over lunch. Venues and halls in Vaughan, Markham and Scarborough take a full design.

Family days at parks and company sites need a tent, weighted decor, shade for entertainers and permits where the city requires them; we handle the application.

We coordinate with facilities on power, access and strike.

We remove everything at the agreed time and return the space as we found it.
