    What this covers

Party rentals and event decoration in Aurora, planned around the drive

If you are looking for party rentals or event decoration in Aurora, the first thing to know is distance. Our address is 126 Willowdale Ave in North York, about 30 km south, and everything we bring is loaded there, driven up and installed by our own team. We do not have a showroom or depot in Aurora. Aurora is part of the GTA as we serve it, so there is no out-of-region surcharge, but a 30 km trip shapes the plan in ways a downtown booking does not.

It shapes the arrival window most of all. On a weekday evening, Highway 404 and Yonge Street northbound are slow, and in winter the roads north of the city can be slower still. So we confirm the access time early, leave with traffic and weather in mind, and design pieces that can be built inside the time the venue gives us. It also shapes the order list. A forgotten extension cord or an extra table is a quick fix across town and a long round trip from Aurora, so we go through the full list of rentals, decor and power needs with you before the day.

    Rentals

What a party rental order in Aurora usually includes

Homes in Aurora often have more outdoor space than homes in the city, and many events here start with the rentals rather than the decor. A typical backyard order brings together four things.

Cover. A tent sized for the guest count and the yard, staked into grass or weighted on a patio or deck. Our tents and outdoor setup page lists what we need to know: the footprint available, the surface, gate width and the path from the driveway.

Seating and tables. Tables, chairs and linens delivered and set in the tent or the room, with the linens matched to the decor.

A floor. A dance floor or stage for speeches, a first dance or a DJ, levelled on the ground we are given.

Something for the children. A bounce house, a castle with a ball pit or a slide, placed on level ground with an outlet in reach of the blower. Our bounce house size guide helps you pick one that fits the yard.

Then the decor goes on top: a balloon garland across the tent entrance, a flower wall for photos, centrepieces on the tables. One team delivering all of it means one arrival time, one setup and one collection.

Send us a photo of the space

A photo of the yard or room, the date and a guest count are enough for us to suggest a tent size, a layout and the decor that fits.

    Seasons

Planning an Aurora event in summer and in winter

Summer. Most backyard events here happen between June and September. Heat is the main risk to decor outdoors: latex balloons fade and pop in direct afternoon sun, so we use lighter colours in exposed spots, place the photo area in shade where the yard allows, and weight everything that stands. Rain needs a plan made before the day. That usually means the tent, or an agreed indoor spot the photo area can move to, and a time by which the call is made.

Winter. From November to March most Aurora events move indoors, to homes, halls, clubs and restaurants. Helium balloons shrink in cold air, so in winter they are best installed shortly before guests arrive; our guide to how long helium balloons last explains why timing matters. Snow adds time at both ends of the trip, which is one more reason we fix the arrival window early. The holiday season is also the busiest time of year for corporate holiday parties, so those dates fill first.

Weddings, corporate events and photo booths in Aurora

Three kinds of Aurora booking need more planning than a home party.

    Weddings and club events

Golf and country clubs in and around Aurora host many weddings, anniversaries and company dinners. Clubs usually set an arrival time, name a contact and limit what may touch walls and floors, and some ask vendors for paperwork in advance. Send us the club’s vendor rules early. We decorate ceremonies and receptions and also plan and coordinate weddings; see weddings and event planning.

    Corporate events

For companies in Aurora and along the Highway 404 corridor we plan and decorate holiday parties, appreciation events, launches and openings, and arrange AV, staffing and venue sourcing where needed. Start with corporate event planning.

    Photo booths

A 360 platform needs a clear circle of about 10 x 10 ft, a ceiling of at least eight feet and an outlet, and outdoors it needs a level, covered spot. A classic or mirror booth needs roughly 8 x 8 ft. Every booth comes with an attendant. Compare them on photo booth rental.

Our team installs everything, checks it with you or the venue contact, and returns at the agreed time to take it all down.

    Before you book

What to check before you book

A few answers make the quote exact and the day smooth:

    • How much level space the yard has for a tent or a bounce house, and whether it is grass, patio or deck.
    • How wide the gate is, and how far the setup spot is from the driveway.
    • Where the outdoor outlets are, and whether they are on separate circuits.
    • If the event is at a club or hall, its vendor rules and arrival time.
    • Whether the venue allows helium balloons, confetti or effects such as dry ice.
    • Your plan if it rains: the tent, or an indoor spot the photo area can move to.
    • What time everything must be collected.

    Questions

Event Decoration in Aurora: Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about booking event decoration and party rentals in Aurora.

Do you deliver party rentals to Aurora?

Yes. We are based at 126 Willowdale Ave in North York, about 30 km south of Aurora, and our own team delivers, sets up and collects everything. Aurora is inside the GTA as we serve it, so there is no out-of-region surcharge; delivery and setup are quoted with the order.

What party rentals can I book for an Aurora event?

Tents and outdoor setup, tables, chairs and linens, dance floors and staging, bouncy castles and slide bouncers, plus decor, photo booths and entertainment. Booking them together means one arrival time and one collection.

How much do party rentals and decor cost in Aurora?

Website-listed starting prices include a small bounce house from $70, a pool water slide castle from $120, a 12 ft balloon garland from $250, a green wall rental from $250 and a classic photo booth from $410 for two hours. Tents, tables, chairs, linens and dance floors are quoted in writing for your guest count and layout.

Do you have a showroom in Aurora?

No. Our address is in North York and we do not have a showroom or depot in Aurora. We plan from photos of your yard or venue, and our gallery shows finished work.

How early do you arrive for an Aurora setup?

It depends on the size of the order and the venue’s access time. We agree an arrival window in writing and leave with traffic and weather in mind, since Highway 404 and Yonge Street northbound are slow on weekday evenings and winter roads add time.

Can you set up a tent in my backyard?

Yes. We need the level space available, the surface (grass takes stakes, while patios and decks take weights), the gate width and the path from the driveway. Send photos of the yard and we will suggest a size.

Do balloons work outdoors in summer?

Yes, with care. Latex fades and pops in direct afternoon sun, so we use lighter colours in exposed spots, place the photo area in shade where possible and weight everything that stands. A rain plan is agreed before the day.

    Can you decorate in winter?

Yes. Most winter events are indoors. Helium balloons shrink in cold air, so we install them shortly before guests arrive, and we allow extra travel time when roads are snowy.

Do you work at golf and country clubs in Aurora?

Yes. Clubs usually set an arrival time, name a contact and limit what may touch walls and floors, and some ask vendors for paperwork in advance. Send us the club’s vendor rules early and we will work through them.

Do you provide photo booths in Aurora?

Yes. We offer a 360 video booth, a classic print booth and a mirror booth with an attendant. A 360 platform needs a clear circle of about 10 x 10 ft and at least eight feet of ceiling, and outdoors it needs a level, covered spot.

Do you plan corporate events in Aurora?

Yes. We plan and decorate holiday parties, appreciation events, launches and openings for companies in Aurora and along the Highway 404 corridor, and can arrange AV, staffing and venue sourcing.

Do you plan weddings in Aurora?

Yes. We offer full planning, day-of coordination and vendor coordination as well as ceremony and reception decor, so you can book decor only or ask us to coordinate the day.

Do you also serve Newmarket and King City?

Yes. We travel to Newmarket, King City, Oak Ridges and the rest of York Region, as well as Toronto and the GTA. Travel outside the GTA is quoted against the address.

How far in advance should I book?

Summer weekends and the weeks from November to the new year fill first, so book those early, especially if you need a tent. Weekday and Sunday dates are usually easier.

Do you take everything down after the event?

Yes. We return at the agreed time to collect every rented item, including tents, tables, chairs and inflatables. If the event runs late, we can agree a next-morning collection where the venue or homeowner allows it.
