We deliver and place every centrepiece, so the tables are finished when the room opens.

Helium trio or cluster
Three to five helium balloons on a weight with ribbons at table height. The simplest option and the one most halls expect.
Jumbo balloon with collar
One 36 inch balloon with a collar of small balloons at the base. Modern, tall and visible across the room.
Organic air-filled centrepiece
A sculpted cluster that sits low on the table and does not need helium. Lasts for days and works outdoors.
Number and name centrepieces
A foil number or a short name per table for milestone birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.

Venues
Centrepieces in halls, restaurants and homes
Banquet halls in Vaughan, Mississauga, Markham and Scarborough usually want helium centrepieces delivered an hour or two before guests arrive; we coordinate with the hall’s own setup team. Restaurants in downtown Toronto and North York often prefer low air-filled pieces that do not block conversation.
For home parties we place centrepieces on the dining table, the dessert table and the gift table and bring spares for last-minute tables.
Outdoor tables take organic air-filled pieces weighted against wind; helium centrepieces are indoor only.

Centrepieces for weddings, showers, galas and birthdays
Weddings and engagement parties use white, blush and gold centrepieces with a low garland on the head table. Baby showers and bridal showers take pastel trios on round tables.

Can I make my own balloon table centrepieces?
A simple helium trio is easy to make if you have helium and time on the day. Thirty matching tables, delivered and placed while you are getting ready, is what people book us for.
Do you deliver and set them on the tables?
Yes. We deliver, place each centrepiece and check the room before guests arrive. We coordinate timing with the hall.
How long do centrepieces last?
Helium centrepieces look their best for the evening and usually into the next day. Air-filled organic pieces last for days.
Do centrepieces block the view across the table?
A helium trio sits above eye level and a low organic piece sits below it. We avoid the in-between height where balloons get in the way of conversation.
Can guests take them home?
Yes, if you want. Tell us and we skip takedown for the centrepieces and collect only our stands and weights.
Can you match the backdrop and the centrepieces?
Yes. We build them from the same colour list, so the photos read as one design.
Do you do outdoor centrepieces?
Yes, air-filled and weighted. Helium pieces are for indoor tables.
