What we do
A sign tells guests they are in the right place and tells photos what the day was
The welcome sign is the first photo of the day and the neon sign is in the background of every photo after it. Event Creation supplies both, with the easels, plinths and stands that display them, and styles them into the decor with a garland or florals so the sign and the backdrop read as one design.
We rent neon signs listed on this website from $30 to $55 (Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Let’s Party, Better Together and more), white plinths from $40 and flower stands from $55; acrylic, wood and custom name signs, seating charts and branded displays are quoted with the order.
Signs are delivered, placed and lit at setup and collected after the event.

Placement
Where signs go and how they photograph
The welcome sign stands at the entrance, angled to the door, with florals or a small garland at its base. The neon sign hangs centred on the backdrop at about eye level, or sits on a plinth beside the cake. Seating charts go where guests pause after the door, not in the doorway.
Neon needs an outlet within reach of the cord; acrylic signs need an easel or stand on a level floor and are kept out of direct sun to avoid glare in photos.
Wording for custom signs is confirmed in writing; custom neon needs two to three weeks.
