A package is a starting point, not a shelf
Every event on this website is designed around one hero moment, the piece guests photograph, and then built out from it. Packages make that easier to price: Essential is the hero moment and the pieces that make the room look complete; Signature adds personalization and a second visual layer; Experience adds flowers, a photo experience and entertainment where the occasion calls for it.
Starting prices below come from the listings on this website: a 12 ft balloon garland from $250, a balloon wall from $380, a shimmer wall with balloons from $420, a marquee number from $320, a classic photo booth from $410, a 360 video booth from $400 and kids entertainment from $200. Fresh florals, DJs, tents and most extras are quoted in writing.

Essential plus a balloon or shimmer wall backdrop, a marquee age number, a neon Happy Birthday and a custom name. Listed pieces from $320 to $420 each.
Experience
Signature plus a classic or 360 photo booth, a balloon twister or face painter for children or a DJ for adults, and a styled dessert table. Quoted in writing.

A garland or circle arch in pastels or the reveal colours, a gift or cake table and centrepieces. Listed from $250.

Experience
Signature plus fresh florals on the backdrop and tables, a reveal moment with a confetti or balloon drop, and a classic photo booth. Quoted in writing.

Essential
A ceremony or photo backdrop (flower wall, arch or shimmer wall), a head table or sweetheart table and a cake table. Shimmer wall listed from $420; florals quoted.
Signature
Essential plus a floral arch, guest table centrepieces, a welcome sign, a seating chart and a neon over the head table.
Experience
Signature plus bridal florals, a mirror or 360 booth, dry ice for the first dance (listed from $300), a champagne wall and a DJ. Quoted in writing.

Signature plus a 360 or mirror booth with branded overlays, cold spark for the reveal, a DJ or live music and a champagne wall. Quoted in writing.

Concept
We recommend a hero piece, a size that suits the space and the add-ons that make sense, with a starting price for each.

Confirmation
You receive a written quote. Once you approve it, your date is held and we confirm access times with the venue.

Setup day
We deliver and install before guests arrive, check sightlines and photo angles, and leave the room ready.
- 05
Takedown
Where takedown is part of your listing, we return after the event and remove everything, frames included.

How much does an event decoration package cost in Toronto?
Essential packages start from the listed prices on this website, from $250 for a 12 ft garland setup; Signature and Experience are quoted in writing for your event because florals, booths and entertainment vary by size and date.
Can I mix items from different levels?
Yes. The levels are starting points; add or remove pieces and we re-quote.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Delivery, installation and takedown vary by location and time and are confirmed in the written quote; some listed items include them.
Can a package be built for a small apartment party?
Yes. Essential is sized to the room; a garland, a cake table and centrepieces work in a condo living room.
Do packages include the photo booth?
Experience usually does; a classic booth (from $410) or 360 booth (from $400) can be added to any level.
Are fresh flowers in the packages?
Signature and Experience include florals where the occasion calls for them; fresh florals are quoted in writing.
Can corporate packages use our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Backdrops, balloons, signs and booth overlays are built in brand colours with the logo.
Can I see what a package looks like?
Yes. See the portfolio for recent events and ask for examples at your level.

How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for Essential; three to four for Experience with booths and entertainment, longer for Saturday weddings in summer.
