A florist designs flowers. An event decorator designs flowers that work with the backdrop, the linens, the lighting and the photos. Event Creation does the second: fresh flowers chosen with the whole room in mind, delivered and placed so the florals, the balloons and the signage read as one design.

Seasons
What is in season in Toronto and what it means for your flowers
Spring brings tulips, ranunculus, anemones and early peonies. Summer is the peak for garden roses, peonies, dahlias and hydrangea. Fall brings dahlias, chrysanthemums, foliage and dried textures. Winter leans on roses, amaryllis, evergreens and white florals.
Choosing in-season flowers keeps the cost sensible and the flowers at their best. Out-of-season varieties can be ordered but cost more and travel further.
For hot summer days and long outdoor events, we mix fresh focal flowers with silk or dried greenery so the design holds up.

Occasions
Fresh flowers for weddings, showers, corporate and cultural events
Weddings and engagement parties are the main fresh-flower occasions, followed by bridal showers and anniversaries.
Galas, conferences and appreciation events use entrance and stage arrangements. Mehndi, Diwali, Nowruz and Eid celebrations have their own flowers and colours, which we design around.
Baptisms and communions and retirement parties take smaller arrangements for the church hall or the restaurant table.

How much do event flowers cost in Toronto?
Fresh flowers are quoted by variety, season and quantity, as one design with your other decor. Tell us the pieces you need and the palette and we send a written quote with a starting price for each.
How do I choose wedding flowers?
Start with the palette and the season, pick two or three focal flowers you love, and let greenery and fillers do the rest. We suggest varieties that are in season for your date so the budget goes further.
Who sets up the flowers at the venue?
We do. Delivery, placement and installation are part of the quote, and we coordinate timing with the venue.
How far ahead should I order fresh flowers?
Six to eight weeks for weddings in peak season so flowers can be ordered; smaller orders can be placed on shorter notice.
Can you match my bouquet or a photo?
Yes. Send the photo or the florist’s list and we match the varieties and colours as closely as the season allows.
Do fresh flowers last all day?
Yes, when installed in water sources and kept out of direct sun. For hot outdoor events we mix fresh focal flowers with silk or dried greenery.
Can I keep the arrangements after the event?
Yes. Guests often take centrepieces home; we collect only our vessels and stands unless you buy them.
Do you do flowers for cultural celebrations?
Yes. Marigold garlands, jasmine, roses and the colours specific to Diwali, Mehndi, Nowruz and Eid celebrations.
