A flower wall is dense, even and the same in every photo, which is why it is the backdrop of choice for weddings, showers and brand events where a lot of pictures will be taken in the same place. Guests know where to stand; the photographer knows where the light is.
Event Creation supplies silk flower walls, fresh floral backdrops and green walls across Toronto and the GTA, with the frame, delivery, installation and takedown. The grass wall rental on this website is listed from $250 and the artificial flower decoration from $950 for a full silk installation.
Walls are built from panels, so a standard 8 x 8 ft backdrop can grow to 12 or 16 ft wide for a stage or a step-and-repeat.

Venues
Placing a flower wall in Toronto venues
An 8 x 8 ft wall fits most halls and party rooms; for condo party rooms with eight-foot ceilings we build 8 x 7 ft. Leave three feet in front for guests and a clear side for the photographer or a photo booth.
Walls stand on their own frames with weighted feet, so nothing is attached to the venue. Outdoors we add extra weight and use silk florals.
For halls in Vaughan, Mississauga and Markham we coordinate with the venue’s setup window; downtown venues often need elevator timing arranged in advance.

How much does it cost to hire a flower wall in Toronto?
The green wall rental is listed from $250 and a full silk flower installation from $950, with delivery, installation and takedown quoted for your venue. Fresh floral backdrops are priced by the flowers. We confirm the figure in writing.
Is it cheaper to make your own flower wall?
Buying enough quality silk flowers and a frame for an 8 x 8 ft wall, then building and transporting it, usually costs more than renting one for the day, before counting the time.
What size flower wall do I need?
8 x 8 ft frames two to four people and suits most venues. 8 x 7 ft for low ceilings; 12 or 16 ft wide for stages and step-and-repeats.
Can I rent a flower wall for a wedding?
Yes. It usually stands behind the head table or at the guest photo spot and we can move it from the ceremony if needed.
Do you deliver and set it up?
Yes. The quote includes delivery, installation and takedown, and we coordinate the timing with your venue.
Can you add a sign or a logo?
Yes. Neon signs, acrylic signs and logo panels mount on the wall. Send the wording or the artwork.
Can the flower wall go outside?
Yes, with added weight and silk florals. We ask about wind and shade before confirming.
