The brief
A fundraiser needs to look generous and cost less
Donors notice when a fundraiser looks expensive, and they notice when it looks careless. The decor has to land between: one hero moment that photographs well for the cause, a stage that works for the ask, a room that feels warm, and nothing that looks like money that should have gone to the mission.
Event Creation designs gala fundraisers, charity dinners, auctions, community events, school fundraisers and walks at venues, halls, schools and parks across Toronto and the GTA. A 12 ft balloon garland is listed on this website from $250, a shimmer wall with balloons from $420 and balloon centrepieces from $20 per table; stage backdrops, donor displays and entrance decor are quoted as one design.
We scope the design to the budget you set and tell you where a smaller piece will do the same job.

Venues
Hotels, halls, schools, community centres and parks
Hotel ballrooms and event venues in Toronto host gala fundraisers with a stage and an auction area. Halls and community centres in Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham host community dinners and cultural fundraisers.
School fundraisers use the gym or the hall; walks and outdoor events in parks need weighted decor, a tent and permits where the city requires them.
We work within each venue’s rules and the organizing committee’s timeline.
