What we do
Guests spend the evening at the table, so the table is the decor they see most
A backdrop is seen for a photo; a table is seen for three hours. Event Creation dresses every guest table so the room reads as one design from the door to the last seat: linens in the palette, a runner, chargers, napkins folded, candles or lanterns, a table number and a centrepiece that matches the backdrop.
We set tables for events across Toronto and the GTA. Balloon centrepieces are listed on this website from $20 per table (regular price $25) and white plinths from $40; floral centrepieces, linens, chargers and full table styling are quoted by table count and design.
Tables are dressed after the seating is placed and before the decor goes in, and cleared at pickup.

Design
Height, sightlines and candles
Centrepieces are either low enough to talk over (under 12 inches) or tall enough to talk under (over 24 inches); anything in between blocks faces. We mix heights across the room so photos have depth, and keep head and cake tables taller than guest tables.
Many venues allow only enclosed or LED candles; we confirm the policy and plan the glow accordingly. Linens are matched to the backdrop colours, with one accent on the runner or napkin rather than three.
For kids’ parties the centrepiece is a balloon bouquet weighted to the table; for corporate dinners it is a low floral in brand colours with a small logo card.
