What we do
Guests remember whether they had a seat
A home or a backyard rarely has enough seating for forty guests, and a hall’s chairs rarely match the decor. Event Creation supplies tables, chairs and linens with the decor, so the seating arrives in one delivery, in the right colours, and is set before the balloons go up.
We rent round and rectangular tables, folding and banquet chairs, kids’ tables and chairs, cocktail tables, linens, runners, napkins and chair covers for events across Toronto and the GTA. Seating is quoted with the order by count, style and distance.
Linens are chosen with the palette, so the tables carry the decor rather than fight it.

Logistics
Delivery, layout and collection
Tables and chairs are delivered first, set to a layout we agree with you and dressed before the decor goes in. For backyards we check ground, gates and the path from the truck; for condos and halls we book the elevator or loading dock with the building.
Linens come pressed and are removed at pickup; spills are expected and are not a problem.
Collection is the same night or the next morning, by arrangement with the venue.

Seating for the events we decorate
Kids’ parties and first birthdays at home, baby showers and bridal showers in a living room, baptisms and Eid gatherings in a backyard: all need more seats than the house has.

Can the linens match my colours?

How many people sit at a 60-inch round?
Eight comfortably, ten tightly.
Can I rent seating without decor?
Yes. Seating can be booked on its own.
Do you deliver to condos and halls?
Yes. We book the elevator or loading dock with the building and coordinate the window.
What if something is spilled on a linen?
Spills are expected and are not charged; damage beyond normal use is.
