    What we do

When balloons alone feel too playful and flowers alone feel too formal

A balloon garland with roses, eucalyptus and pampas worked into it sits between the two: softer than a balloon-only design and more generous than a floral piece at the same budget. It is the look most requested for bridal showers, engagement parties and milestone birthdays where the photos matter.

Event Creation builds combined designs as one piece rather than adding flowers to a finished garland, so the balloon colours, the flower varieties and the greenery are chosen together. Fresh florals, silk florals and dried stems are all used depending on the event length and the look.

Combined designs are quoted as one piece. Balloon starting prices on this website apply to the balloon portion; florals are priced by variety, season and quantity.

    The hero moment

    Where flowers and balloons meet

    Floral balloon arch

A circle or square frame with an organic garland on one side and florals clustered where the garland is densest. Greenery trails off the balloons so the two read as one piece.

Garland with florals on a backdrop

A shimmer wall, green wall or fabric backdrop with a garland that carries roses, hydrangea or orchids at intervals. The most photographed version for showers.

    Floral balloon centrepieces

A low organic cluster with a few stems and greenery per table, matching the arch.

    Pampas and dried designs

Neutral balloons with pampas, bunny tails and dried palms for boho and neutral palettes. Dried stems last the whole event without water.

    Flower wall with balloons

A full silk flower wall with a garland across one corner for a dense, luxurious backdrop.

    Fresh, silk or dried

Choosing the florals for a combined design

Fresh flowers look and smell like the real thing and are the right choice for weddings and evening events of a few hours. They are placed in water tubes inside the garland and installed as late as the venue allows.

Silk florals photograph almost identically, last all day in heat and can be reused in centrepieces. They are the usual choice for daytime showers, outdoor parties and anything that needs to be installed early.

Dried stems, pampas and preserved greenery suit neutral palettes and need no water at all. We often mix dried greenery with a few fresh focal flowers to keep the cost sensible.

Questions that make the quote exact

Answer these when you reach out.

    • The date, venue and how many hours the design needs to look fresh.
    • Colours or a reference photo, and any flowers you love or want to avoid.
    • Indoor or outdoor, and the ceiling height for an arch.
    • Whether the piece is a backdrop, an entrance or a table design.
    • Fresh, silk or dried preference, or leave it to us.
    • Access time and whether the room must be cleared the same night.

Combined designs for showers, weddings and milestones

Bridal showers, engagement parties and baby showers are where combined designs started, and they remain the most common request. Weddings use them for the welcome area and the sweetheart table rather than the ceremony.

Milestone birthdays pair a floral garland with marquee numbers; mehndi and pre-wedding celebrations use marigold tones with bright balloons.

Anniversaries and proposals take smaller combined pieces: a half arch of blush balloons and roses around a sign.

    Questions

Balloon and floral designs: frequently asked questions

Fresh or silk, pricing and timing.

How much does a floral balloon arch cost in Toronto?

The balloon portion starts from the listings on this website, such as the circle arch frame from $280, and florals are priced by variety, season and quantity. We quote the whole piece as one design in writing.

Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?

Both, depending on the event. Fresh for weddings and evening events, silk or dried for daytime, outdoor and long events. Many designs mix dried greenery with a few fresh focal flowers.

How long will fresh flowers last in a balloon garland?

With water tubes and a late install, the length of a reception. In summer heat or direct sun, silk is the safer choice and we will say so.

Can you match my wedding flowers?

Yes. Send the bouquet photo or the florist’s list and we match the varieties and the colours as closely as the season allows.

    Can the design go outdoors?

Yes, with weighted bases, air-filled balloons and silk or dried florals for sun and wind.

Can I add a sign or names?

Yes. Acrylic welcome signs, neon signs and custom name balloons sit well inside a combined design.

    Do you deliver and install?

Yes. Delivery, installation and takedown are quoted with the design and confirmed in writing.

    Which areas do you serve?

Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Oakville.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to four weeks for silk designs; longer for fresh florals in peak wedding season so the right flowers can be ordered.

Can the florals be reused for centrepieces?

Silk and dried florals can. We often build the arch and the centrepieces from the same stems so the room matches.
