Venues
Hotels and conference venues
Conference hotels downtown and near the airport, and venues in Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham, have dock and union rules for load-in; we work within them and with the AV company’s schedule.
Multi-day conferences need decor that stands for the run with daily checks, and a strike plan that does not interrupt the final session.
The evening reception is often in a different room, which we design separately.

Tell us the event, date, venue, headcount, brand guidelines and the objective: launch, celebrate, thank, raise, sell or inform.

Concept
A written concept with the branded hero piece, the guest flow, the photo moment, entertainment and a starting price per element.

Approval
You approve the concept and the quote; we hold the date and coordinate with the venue, AV and catering.
- 04
Install
Our team installs within the venue’s window, checks every sightline and brand element and hands over before doors open.
- 05
Strike
We remove everything at the agreed time and return the space as we found it.

What we need for the proposal

- The objective and who the guests are: staff, clients, press, public.
