The occasion
An adult birthday is a dinner, a cocktail party or a surprise, and each needs different decor
A dinner for twelve needs a styled table and one photo moment. A cocktail party for fifty needs a backdrop, a bar garland and a booth. A surprise party needs a room that is finished before the guest of honour arrives. Event Creation designs all three for adults across Toronto and the GTA.
A 12 ft balloon garland is listed on this website from $250, a shimmer wall with balloons from $420, marquee numbers from $320 and a classic photo booth from $410. Florals, table styling and entertainment are quoted with the design.

Venues
Restaurants, rooftops, halls and homes
Restaurants in downtown Toronto, North York and Vaughan usually allow a table garland, centrepieces and a free-standing backdrop, with setup in the hour before the reservation. Rooftops and patios need weighted, air-filled pieces.
Halls in Mississauga, Markham and Scarborough take a full backdrop, a dance floor and a DJ. Home parties use the living room for the photo wall and the dining table for the styled dinner.
We confirm each venue’s decor rules and setup window before we quote.

Entertainment and extras
What makes an adult party a night
A classic booth or a mirror booth gives guests a reason to gather at the backdrop. A DJ and a dance floor turn a dinner into a party after dessert.
Cold spark at the cake, a champagne wall at the entrance and an audio guest book for messages are the extras adults enjoy.
Cakes and desserts and table styling finish the dinner.
