Logistics
Assembly, allergies and the exit table
Bags are assembled before the event and delivered packed with the decor. For children’s parties we avoid nuts unless the host confirms otherwise, and we label any food items. Small parts are chosen with the youngest guests in mind.
The favour table sits near the exit or beside the cake table, with a sign so guests know to take one. We set it up at installation and leave the bags with the host or hand them out at the end.
Personalized tags need names or wording confirmed in writing at least a week before the event.
