Corporate photo booth rental
Corporate photo booth rental for Toronto companies
Corporate photo booth rental in Toronto with Event Creation puts your brand on every print and every clip your guests share. We bring a classic print booth, a full-length mirror booth or a 360 video platform, design the overlay from your brand guide, build a backdrop in your colours and run the booth with an attendant for the hours you book.
The classic booth starts from $410 for two hours and the 360 video booth from $400 for two hours; the mirror booth is quoted per event. Delivery, setup and takedown inside the GTA are part of each package.
A booth on its own can look dropped into the room. We are an event decor studio in North York that also plans corporate events, so the booth, the backdrop, the signage and the room decor come from one team, on one schedule, with one invoice.

The booths
Three booths, three kinds of brand content
Each has its own page with the full details.
Classic print booth

Classic boothMirror booth
Full-length interactive mirror with logo animations on the glass and signed prints. Suits galas, client dinners and launches. Quoted per event.
Mirror booth360 video booth
Rotating camera platform for up to five people, slow-motion clips with your overlay and a licensed track. From $400 for two hours.
360 boothBranding
How we brand the booth for your company
Overlay from your brand guide
Send your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PNG), your brand colours and any campaign line or hashtag. We design the print or clip overlay and send a proof for approval before the event.
Branded backdrop
A step-and-repeat with your logo, a shimmer wall in a brand colour, a flower wall or a balloon design in your palette. The backdrop is what appears behind every guest, so it matters as much as the overlay.
On-screen look
The booth screen and the mirror’s animations can carry your logo and colours, so the start screen looks like part of the event rather than a generic booth.
Licensed music for clips
For the 360 booth we recommend a licensed track, so your marketing team can repost the clips without trouble.
Branded sharing
Guests receive their photos and clips with your overlay by QR code, text or email at the booth, and you receive the full gallery after the event for internal and social use.

Logistics
Office towers, hotels and venues: what we need to know
Corporate venues have rules a backyard party does not. Tell us about the loading dock booking, the freight elevator, security sign-in and the name of the on-site contact, and we schedule load-in around them. Downtown office towers and hotels often allow equipment only through the dock at set times.
Place the booth where it will not block registration, the bar line or the sightlines to the stage. In a hotel ballroom, the pre-function foyer works well for arrivals; in an office, a corner of the lobby or the event floor near the bar. Every booth needs one standard power outlet nearby.
For a conference or trade show, tell us the hall’s exhibitor rules, the booth footprint and the hours the floor is open. A classic or mirror booth fits a 10 x 10 ft exhibit space; a 360 platform needs a clear circle of about 10 x 10 ft of its own.
Timing
When to run the booth at a company event
At a holiday party, open the booth when guests arrive and keep it running through the first hours, before speeches and awards; reopen it once the dance floor fills. Three hours covers most office parties of 80 to 200 people.
At a launch or a client reception, run it from doors open, because the clips guests post during the event are the point. At a conference, schedule it for breaks, lunch and the evening reception rather than during sessions, when the booth would sit empty.
If you are also booking entertainment, a DJ or a speaker program, send us the run of show. We set the booth hours so it never competes with the moments you want everyone watching.

Occasions
Corporate events we bring booths to
Corporate holiday parties are the busiest season, from late November to the middle of December. Employee and client appreciation events, networking events and grand openings follow through the year.
Product launches and brand activations book the 360 booth for shareable clips. Galas and award ceremonies and fundraisers choose the mirror booth with a red carpet. Conferences and trade shows use a classic booth with a branded backdrop to draw people to the exhibit.
Planning the whole event? Our corporate event planner team handles decor, AV, staffing and venue sourcing alongside the booth, and our corporate Christmas party ideas guide has more for the season.

Questions
Corporate photo booth rental: frequently asked questions
Branding, pricing, venues and timing for company events.
Pricing and booking
How much does a corporate photo booth rental cost in Toronto?
Our classic print booth starts from $410 for two hours and the 360 video booth from $400 for two hours, with the mirror booth quoted per event. Branded backdrops and extra hours are added to the written quote.
How much does it cost to hire out a photo booth for an office party?
Most office parties book two or three hours: the classic booth from $410 for two hours or $490 for three, or the 360 booth from $400, $500 or $600 for two, three or four hours. The quote confirms the figure for your venue.
Is branding included in the corporate booth price?
A custom overlay with your logo is part of every package. A printed step-and-repeat or a custom decor backdrop is quoted on top, depending on size and design.
Can you send a quote our finance team can approve?
Yes. You receive a written quote with the booth, the hours, the inclusions, the arrival time and the venue requirements, so it can go through your approval process.
How far ahead should we book a booth for a holiday party?
As early as possible. December dates book first, and the 360 booth needs at least two weeks. For mid-December Thursdays and Fridays, book in October or early November.
Do you charge for travel to venues outside Toronto?
Delivery inside the GTA is included. Travel outside the GTA is quoted on top, based on the distance to the venue.
Branding and content
What logo files do you need for the overlay?
A vector logo (AI, EPS or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, plus your brand colours and any campaign line or hashtag.
Will we see the overlay before the event?
Yes. We send a proof of the overlay and the screen design for approval, and adjust it until your marketing team signs off.
Can the backdrop carry our logo?
Yes. A step-and-repeat with your logo, or a shimmer, flower or balloon wall in brand colours, is designed and quoted with the booking.
Can the 360 clips use a licensed song?
Yes, and we recommend it for companies, so the clips can be reposted on your channels without music rights issues.
Do we receive all the photos and clips after the event?
Yes. You receive the full gallery after the event for internal communications and social media.
Can the mirror booth show our logo?
Yes. Logo animations appear on the glass, and the printed photo carries your branded overlay.
Can the overlay show our event hashtag?
Yes. The hashtag sits on every print and clip, so guests who post their photos tag the event without being asked.
Can you match the booth to our holiday party theme?
Yes. The overlay, the props and the backdrop can follow a theme such as a winter gala, a decade party or your brand campaign, alongside the logo.
Can sponsors appear on the booth overlay?
Yes. Sponsor logos can sit on the overlay or the backdrop, as long as you supply the artwork and approve the layout.
Venues and logistics
Can you set up a photo booth in an office tower?
Yes. Tell us the loading dock booking, freight elevator, security sign-in and on-site contact, and we schedule load-in around the building’s rules.
How much space does a corporate photo booth need?
The classic and mirror booths need about 8 x 8 ft and one outlet. The 360 platform needs a clear circle of about 10 x 10 ft, a ceiling of at least eight feet and one outlet.
Can the booth fit in a trade show exhibit space?
A classic or mirror booth fits inside a 10 x 10 ft exhibit space with a branded backdrop. Send the hall’s exhibitor rules so we follow them.
Where should the booth go at a company event?
Where guests pass often, near the bar or the entrance, without blocking registration, the bar line or the view of the stage.
Do you set up before guests arrive?
Yes. The attendant arrives before the booked start time, sets up the booth and backdrop and tests the printer and sharing so the booth opens on time.
Is an attendant included for corporate bookings?
Yes. Every booth comes with an attendant who runs it, helps guests and keeps the line moving for the booked hours.
Choosing and timing
Which booth is right for a corporate event?
The 360 booth for launches and activations where shareable video matters, the mirror booth for galas and client dinners, and the classic booth for office parties and conferences with mixed groups.
How many hours should a corporate booth run?
Three hours covers most office parties of 80 to 200 guests. Launches and receptions often book the full length of the event.
When should the booth run during a holiday party?
From arrival until speeches start, then again once the dance floor fills. We set the hours around your run of show.
Can we book a booth for a conference with several days?
Yes. Tell us the days, the floor hours and the breaks, and we quote the booth for the times the attendees are free to use it.
Can we book a booth for an employee appreciation day during work hours?
Yes. Daytime bookings in offices, warehouses and campuses work the same way; we confirm the building access and the hours with your facilities team.
Can we run two booths at a large company event?
Yes. The classic booth and the 360 booth are often booked together: prints near the entrance and clips beside the dance floor, each with its own attendant.
Can children use the booth at a company family day?
Yes. The classic booth with props suits families best; younger children use it with a parent, and the attendant keeps turns fair.
Can the booth be set up at a storefront or grand opening?
Yes, indoors or under a solid roof with power. A branded backdrop at the entrance gives passers-by a reason to stop and post.
Can you decorate the whole event as well as the booth?
Yes. We design balloon, floral and backdrop decor for corporate events and can plan the full event, including AV, staffing and venue sourcing.
Areas
Which areas do you serve for corporate photo booths?
Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Oakville and the rest of the GTA.
